2. Personal Photo, Message & Data Usage Policy

By uploading a photo, message, or any personal content, the customer confirms that:

• They are the rightful owner or have full permission to use the photo and content.

The uploaded photo will be used only for:

• Photo editing & correction
• Design layout creation
• QR code placement
• Print-ready artwork generation

Jesastic does not:

• Sell customer photos
• Share them with third parties for marketing
• Use them publicly without written consent

3. Music, Voice & Copyright Disclaimer

Customers freely select and submit the music and/or voice note for their Musical Photo Frame.

Jesastic only provides:

• Backend music playback software
• QR code linking system
• Secure audio hosting service

Jesastic does not claim ownership over:

• Any song
• Any voice note
• Any audio content selected by the customer

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their selected song or audio content does not violate copyright, trademark, or any intellectual property laws. Jesastic shall not be held liable for any copyright dispute arising from customer-selected content.

4. Jesastic’s Role & Responsibility

Jesastic is a Web Design, Software Development & IT Services Company. For this product, Jesastic is responsible only for the digital and design components, which include:

• Photo editing and enhancement
• Layout and frame design preparation
• QR code generation and embedding
• Backend music player integration
• Server-side audio hosting
• Final print-ready design file preparation
• Placing the print order on behalf of the customer

Jesastic is NOT:

• The manufacturer of the photo frame
• The printer of the physical product
• The packaging company
• The courier or logistics provider

5. Why Amazon, Meesho & Other Platforms Are Used

Physical products such as Photo printing, Frame manufacturing, Packaging, and Shipping are fulfilled through Amazon, Meesho, or similar third-party sellers because they offer:

• Nationwide delivery coverage
• Faster logistics
• Established replacement systems
• Better tracking and fulfillment infrastructure

Jesastic places the order with these platforms only as a service facilitator on behalf of the customer.

Because the Musical Photo Frame is a fully personalized and custom-made product, the following rules apply:

Refunds are applicable only if Jesastic fails to provide the backend music system after payment.

❌ Non-Refundable Conditions

• The customer changes their mind after design approval
• QR code generation is completed
• Music hosting is activated
• The customer provides incorrect photo, message, or song details

🔁 Replacement Policy

Physical replacement (broken frame, print defect, transit damage) is handled strictly as per:

• Amazon / Meesho seller replacement policy
• Courier partner investigation process

Jesastic will assist in coordination but is not responsible for physical damage during transit.

8. Delivery & Courier Responsibility Disclaimer

Delivery timelines and performance are controlled by Amazon, Meesho, and their logistics partners.

Jesastic is not liable for:

• Courier delays
• Wrong address delivery attempts
• Natural disaster delays
• Operational disruptions of courier services

9. Payment, Fraud & Misuse Protection

• All orders are accepted on a 100% prepaid basis
• COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available

Fraudulent orders, fake uploads, or abusive content will result in Immediate order cancellation, No refund, and Permanent service restriction. Any attempt to misuse the platform for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes will lead to legal action if required.

The customer confirms that their uploaded photo, audio, and message:

• Do not violate any law
• Do not contain offensive, abusive, or illegal content

Jesastic has full rights to technically process the content only for order fulfillment purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Jesastic shall not be liable for:

• Emotional dissatisfaction after delivery
• Song preference issues
• Printing quality variations from third-party sellers
• Courier handling issues
• Copyright claims on user-submitted content

Jesastic’s maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid directly to Jesastic for software and service charges.
