Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Returns Policy governs all orders placed with Jesastic.in for web design, digital marketing, graphic design, IT services, digital applications, and all custom digital products. By using our services, making any payment, or approving any proposal, you agree to the terms stated below.

Jesastic.in serves Indian customers, and our global services operate via Jesastic.com.

2. Important Notice

All services offered by Jesastic are custom, digital, and made-to-order.

Therefore: Once work has started, NO REFUND / RETURN is applicable under any condition.

3. When Cancellation Is Allowed

Cancellation is allowed ONLY IF:

  • The client requests cancellation before work starts
  • No design, development, setup, or backend work has begun
  • No resources, servers, tools, or licenses have been assigned

In such cases only, a refund MAY be processed after deduction of administrative charges, payment gateway charges, and consultation fees.

4. No-Refund Policy (Strict Conditions)

Refunds and Returns are STRICTLY NOT APPLICABLE in the following cases:

  • Once any design or development work has started
  • Once WhatsApp, email, or written approval is given
  • Once source files, previews, samples, or demos are shared
  • Once server, hosting, domain, or tools are activated
  • Once QR codes, links, or digital systems are generated
  • Once Musical Photo Frame backend is created
  • Once Digital Albums, Booking Cards, or Review QR tools are live
  • Once ads, SEO, or marketing campaigns are started
  • Once content writing, logo, or graphics work begins
  • Once third-party platforms (Amazon, Meesho, hosting) are used
  • If delay happens due to client not providing materials on time
  • If client changes requirements after approval
  • If client does not like design after multiple revisions
  • If business loss or low performance is claimed
  • If client stops responding after work initiation

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are 100% non-refundable once started:

  • Web Design & Website Development
  • Digital Marketing & Ads Setup
  • SEO Services
  • Graphic Design & Logo Design
  • Technical IT Services
  • Musical Photo Frame
  • WhatsApp Booking Card
  • Digital Photo Album
  • Google Review QR Card
  • Hashtag Growth Tools
  • Domain, Hosting, SSL & Servers
  • Payment Gateway Setup
  • CRM & Software Integration

6. Refunds Due to Jesastic Failure

Refund may be considered only if:

  • Jesastic fails to deliver the agreed service completely
  • No partial work has been delivered
  • No resources or tools were consumed

Even in such rare cases, the refund decision will be final at Jesastic’s discretion only.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any fake payment dispute or chargeback will result in immediate service suspension, legal documentation collection, and permanent client blacklisting. Jesastic reserves full legal rights in such cases.

8. Third-Party Payments

Any amount paid to Hosting providers, Domain companies, Payment gateways, Amazon/Meesho, or Cloud Providers cannot be refunded or returned under any condition.

9. Client Delay

If the client does not respond, delays content, or misses approval deadlines, the project will be paused, not refunded.

10. Legal Acceptance of Policy

Any ONE of the following is treated as FULL LEGAL ACCEPTANCE of our quote and policies:

  • Paying any amount (full or partial)
  • Replying “OK” / “Approved” on WhatsApp
  • Email confirmation
  • Clicking a payment link
  • Sending project materials
  • Confirming on call (recorded)
  • Clicking “I Agree” on website
  • Sending any advance or token

Once accepted → NO REFUND POLICY APPLIES.

11. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be granted due to natural disasters, internet/server failure, government policy changes, platform bans, cyber attacks, war, pandemic, or national emergencies.

12. Legal Jurisdiction & Authority

All matters fall under the laws of India only. All disputes shall be handled under Indian courts only. All refund or cancellation decisions remain under the SOLE DISCRETION of Jesastic Management.
